For several reasons: He was among the first to respond to my ad in Thumbtak, he followed up, and when I asked about insurance, he very quickly sent me his insurance information. Jorge is a great guy and is excellent at his job! He was great about communicating with me. I had concerns about one palm that was very close to our backyard wall, another palm in the front yard that was by our city waterline. He put my mind at ease. The day they were scheduled, they let me know exactly when they would be arriving (excellent customer service!). He and his brother & employee were all are very professional. He carefully prepared the soil for seeds with nutrients & fertilizer for the soil by turning it over with a Rototill & leveling off the entire soil and placing a Bender Boarder from Vinyl fence to create a 2 1/2 ft boarder. His job also included grinding down & removing 2 tree stumps, 3 full Rose bushes,2 aluminum poles set & buried in concrete.
